| Description | Higher Education Commission, Islamabad www.hec.gov.pk --------------------------------------------------------------------- Invitation For Pre-Qualification of Firms for Supply of Goods and Services (Repair & Maintenance) The Higher Education Commission, (HEC) Pakistan invites sealed bids directly from firms of good reputation, registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department for the Pre-Qualification of Firms For The Purpose of Supply/Installation/Repair & Maintenance Of IT & Networking Equipment. Pre-Qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions, method of selection, procedure for submission of bids, pre-qualification duration, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids etc. is available for interested firms with Mr. Saria Saleem Malik, Deputy Director (Networks) at IT Division, HEC, Sector H-9, Islamabad, Pakistan. Price of the Pre-Qualification document is Rs. 2500/-. Bidding documents can be downloaded from http://www.hec.gov.pk free of cost. However, interested Firms/Suppliers/Contactor will be required to have registered copy purchased from HEC, in order to participate in the tender process. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instruction in the bidding documents, must reach the HEC head office on or before Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 1330 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Earnest Money for Categories Purchase of IT Equipment & Networking Equipment/Repair and Maintenance is Rs. 60,000/-, which must accompany the bid in a sealed envelope marked as Earnest Money in favour of Director General (Finance), HEC.
